An experienced Change Management Program Director, Chih-Yang’s career has covered M1, SingTel, OCBC Bank, BNP Paribas Wealth Management, and Standard Chartered Private Bank. He is passionate about delivering digital transformation, focusing on employing Design Thinking to provide organizations with the optimal User Experience (UX).
He has substantial experience in both waterfall and agile methodology and has overseen major projects encompassing cross-border products and services. As a Program Director, he has led the digitization of financial services that directly impact the UX for clients and users alike.
An avid runner and cyclist, he has taken part in several marathons and cycling competitions to challenge his limits constantly. His dream is to run his Scuba Diving resort, but the pandemic has put that dream on hold.
